2. Services Offered

Global Trans Van Lines Provides:

  • Local and long distance moving services provided.
  • Packaging/unpacking, Storage Solutions and Specialized Handling/Custom Relocation services


3. Contracts & Estimates

  • All quotes provided are estimates unless specifically marked binding.
  • Actual costs may differ based on inventory, access issues, additional services required or regulatory fees.


4. Booking and Payment

  • A reservation will only be confirmed upon receiving a signed agreement and deposit payment.
  • Remainder payments must be submitted according to your contract schedule.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Give accurate information in an accurate format
  • Make sure your items are ready for pickup by taking necessary steps.
  • List any unique handling needs related to any specific items.
  • Attend or designate a representative at both pickup and delivery to ensure a smooth experience.


6. Liability & Insurance

  • Your liability for losses or damages is capped by the level of coverage selected when booking.
  • Optional valuation protection can also be purchased.


7. Cancellations and Refunds

Under the Cancellation and Refund Policies.

8. Intellectual Property

Global Trans Van Lines owns all intellectual property on this website including content, branding, graphics and text.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to the laws of the place in which services are being rendered.

10. Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to make modifications to these Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes taking effect automatically upon posting.

11. Severability

If any provision in these Terms is found invalid, all remaining provisions remain in effect.

Rescheduling/Cancelling your move date must be submitted in writing via email by the customer prior to seven (7) business days before the first available pickup date in pickup window based on the original contract/E-signature. Customer may reschedule move dates for no additional charge.

100% Refundable deposit if cancelled prior to seven (7) business days before the 1st originally scheduled pickup date within your pickup window via email to info@globaltransvanlines.com

All emails received after 5 PM EST will be considered the next business day.
